J. Randall Hoggle R. Ph., Chairman of the Board

Mr. Hoggle has more than twenty years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Mr. Hoggle has worked in all aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and his commercial experience includes business development, strategic partnership development and business turnarounds.  His management experience includes manpower planning: new product development; global marketing plans; U.S. pricing and contracts. He re launched biotech commercial operations for a major pharmaceutical company, has been a pharmaceutical industry representative in corporate affairs and government relations, and PhRMA HealthCare Reform Task Force.  Mr. Hoggle has formed several companies with outside investors, in addition to his numerous company turnarounds.  Mr. Hoggle remains on the Board of a number of biopharmaceutical companies.

Edward R. Gubish, Ph.D., Former Chief Scientific Officer, Director

Dr. Gubish was involved with the biopharmaceutical industry for more than twenty-five years, holding management positions of increasing responsibility from Director of Research and Regulatory Affairs, to President and COO. He was involved with biotechnology companies as well as international pharmaceutical companies .  Mr. Gubish held positions at the FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Review and at the NIH. His broad product development experience ranges from biological products to drug products, covering a broad ranged of indications.  He had authored and co-authored basic science manuscripts, clinical papers and presentations, and regulatory and scientific review articles.

James Miller, President

For more than thirty years within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, Mr. Miller has held senior positions within sales, marketing, contracting and business development. Prior to joining BioDerm Sciences, Inc., Miller was Vice President of Business Development for Health Pathways, Inc. and Executive Vice President of King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Miller will spearhead worldwide operations of BioDerm Sciences' end-to-end innovative pharmaceutical and medical device company.
