BioDerm Sciences' Wound Dressing with Reservoir is a sterile, multi-layered, absorbent bandage that can be used with or without our Wound Solutions. It maintains a moist wound environment so critical in the wound healing process and central to modern wound care principles. The dual-layered, adsorbent pad is covered by a breathable medical film acting as a further protectant to the wound. The film, adhesive, and pad are all non-irritating and protect the wound from bacteria, dirt, and other foreign matter yet still allow the wound to breathe. BioDerm Sciences' Wound Dressing with Reservoir is intended for external management of lacerations, post-operative (surgical) wounds, grafts, partial and full-thickness wounds, burns and ulcers (diabetic, venous stasis, pressure).
